If you don't feel the wind when it hugs your hair,
it's maybe cause they flow the same,
if you don't hear what the forest has to share,
it's cause you're familiar with the waves,
like a symphony of peace, a melody of love.
When you'll notice the ebbs and flows of life
remind you of the beats in your heart,
and all the ups and downs of time,
it's cause you need the dark, in order to see light.
The beautiful dawn is inspiring, they've said,
when your excitement can't wait to get out of bed,
and go watch the stoic bees as they collect,
the essence of life, the purpose they've met.
That's how you will know your true worth,
with the trees and the stars you will converse,
and your simple joyful days you'll unearth.
